RMA Process:

Product Repair Procedures

When the product is repaired, please fill out the application form (download the RMA application form), inform the product model, quantity and fault condition, email to Olinkphotonics Customer Service Center (Support@olinkphotonics.com), after confirmation by the maintenance department, notify you to repair RMA authorization number.
